Relentless Care, LLC was established in July of 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a vision to globally impact provision of cares to our vulnerable population, one member at a time!
We provide housing, care coordination, personal and supplemental cares with a focused client group on the elderly and disabled. Relentless Care was created to fill the void within our community with loving, trustworthy and professional staff. Our goal is to provide long-term housing in a clean, safe, well-kept, loving environment enabling each member, and their families, peace for their futures. Our team members are all trained, experienced professionals that are warm, kind, and patient. Each resident, and their families feel the love and compassion! Our establishment also provides a homelike atmosphere with family-style nutritious meals, outings, religious activities, games, celebrations and more.

Roshay Edwards
Operations Director
Roshay is the Owner and Operations Director who has more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She founded Relentless Care in 2019, shaping its values and mission through her commitment to high-quality care and staff growth. Roshay became a Certified Nursing Assistant early on (2008), however, later earned a MSW, master's degree in social work, and worked as a psychotherapist. She also is certified as a CPR/BLS and a CBRF Instructor. Roshay manages every part of the organization, making sure we consistently provide outstanding service with compassion to everyone we serve.
Rav'ae Richardson
Operations Manager
Ravae joined Relentless Care in 2021 as a CBRF Professional, working as “As Needed”. Ravae leads our operations team under the direction of our Operations Director, efficiently managing daily activities and supporting both staff and clients. With a background in management and a commitment to excellence, Ravae works closely with all departments to ensure our services run smoothly and meet regulatory standards. Ravae has over 8 years of experience healthcare industry and earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
Letta Martin
Shift Lead
Letta joined Relentless Care in 2025. She has over two decades of experience as a healthcare professional. As Shift Lead, Letta coordinates staff assignments and provides guidance throughout each shift. Her attention to detail and positivity, and strong communication skills create a supportive environment for both our team and those we care for. Letta is recognized for her leadership and ability to adapt to challenging situations.
Miyona Malone
CBRF Professional
Miyona joined Relentless Care in 2021 as a Certified CBRF Professional. Miyona specializes in providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents. . Miyona’s kind-heartedness transcends to each client served. Miyona has taken a number of nursing classes that has assisted her to deliver the highest standard of support, safety, and respect to our clients. Miyona's kind spirit exudes is dedicated to ongoing education and advocacy within the healthcare community.

Tameka joined Relentless Care in 2024 with close to a decade of experience as behavioral health and direct care professional. She is committed to delivering individualized attention to each resident, focusing on holistic well-being and personalized support plans. Tameka’s composed attitude and professional approach help her establish trust with both residents and their families. Tameka regularly participates in professional development to stay informed of best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Eriana McKee-Mills
CBRF Professional
Eriana joined Relentless Care in 2025. She brings years of experience working in Adult Family Homes and Community-Based Residential Facilities. She specializes in supporting individuals with diverse needs, ensuring each person receives attentive, respectful, and culturally sensitive care. Eriana is passionate about fostering inclusion and strengthening community connections for residents. Her proactive approach and strong work ethic help maintain Relentless Care’s high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
